Terms and conditions of sale

All of our subscriptions are subject to a minimum contract term which will be made clear to you on our sign-up pages and in your welcome email. Your subscription will continue for your selected minimum contract term and you will be required to pay our fees for this period.

For example, if you choose:

  • a rolling monthly contract, your minimum subscription term will be for 1 month.
  • a rolling quarterly contract, your minimum subscription term will be for 3 months.
  • an annual fixed term contract, your minimum subscription term will for 12 months.

If you have paid for your subscription using direct debit or continuous credit or debit card, your subscription will automatically renew unless you cancel.  If you have paid for your subscription for a fixed term, your subscription will not automatically renew and you will instead receive an invitation to renew at the end of your subscription term.

From time to time we may offer introductory offers,  which may apply to new customers only (see stated offer for details and prices). After the stated offer period ends, customers will automatically continue onto a full contract at full price, unless cancelled before the end of the offer period or the subscription is otherwise stated to be for a fixed term.

You must be 16 or older and have the power to enter into a contract with us and are not prevented from doing so under any local laws. In addition, by registering to become a subscriber, you agree that you have given us accurate registration details, including payment information and will ensure that we always have up to date contact information as and when they change.

Cancellation/Refund policy

You may cancel your membership by contacting us at the above Customer Service contact details.

You must cancel at least 15 days before your next billing date, otherwise you will be required to make your next bill payment and your subscription will continue until the end of the next billing period.  You can find your bill payment date in your welcome letter.

Is there a cooling off period?

Starting with the day after your subscription start date you have 14 days in which to cancel your subscription and obtain a full refund. When contacting us please include your full name, delivery address, date of order, order number and subscription account number.

Do I get a refund if I cancel my subscription?

If you cancel, you will receive a pro-rata refund in respect of any payments we have received from you for services not yet provided after the cancellation date only. Any refund will be calculated on a per issue basis and/or as deemed by the publisher and/or subscription bureau.
